you NEVER want to use Bluetooth headphones for recording or monitoring live because they will introduce an intolerable amount of latency (as of BT v4)

Q: how many receivers can you hook up to this transmitter?

This is a single channel in-ear system. If you are interested in a dual system, you would need a PSM1000.

Q: I have SE 315 earphones, do they work with this?

Yes they will work with this, you will also receive an extra pair of SE215's
