These mugs are perfect and exactly what I had hoped for. They are nice and heavy and the color is beautiful. I ordered three of these mugs for family members who have a cabin in the mountains, and they were thrilled to get them.

This was a gift for my wife. It arrived packed into a sturdy white box and was wrapped in bubble wrap before being placed inside.It is a beautiful cobalt color, with nice lettering that I hope lasts for years.Now to the important part. How did it function? The first time she used it, a kiddo called her to help with homework. She forgot about the coffee. When she came back an hour later, it was still warm enough to give off a little steam. She loves it!

I pulled the cup out of the box and I immediately noticed the small print. Pretty disappointing…

I have wanted these cups for a long time and finally just decided to order them. They arrived today and to my disappointment the writing on the cup is much smaller than what is showing in the pictures. The words near the bottom are so small and thin that I fear they will come off after a bit of wear. Its kinda obvious they used a different distributor than what is shown in the picture. The cups are very nice, sturdy and durable but I was so disappointed that the saying on the cups are a lot smaller than what the picture shows. According to the picture the words cover pretty much each side. These are not like that. The seller really should ship what the picture reflects and if it doesn't then just change the picture. I will add that even though the writing is much smaller than pictured the cups themselves are still beautiful and very nice mugs. I've written to the seller twice. She responded each time as if she didn't even read what I wrote then wrote me again asking me to kindly write a good review because she was a single mom. Well I am a single lady too whose money is very tight and I expected to receive what was pictured. She probably should try to read what buyers have written to her first before asking that. I just wish the cups matched the picture or the seller had let me know ahead of time that their distributor changed and the look is a little different. Buyers do notice these types of things. They are great mugs with all that being said. I just wanted them to look as pictured. These mugs are not cheap, but, they are worth their value.
