I bought a set of these as they seemed very well built. They are. The ends are very nice. The cord is nice and thick. The connection seems to be very good. They have no problem with sustaining high current flow.Then, one day not so long ago, I accidentally shorted a 12V lithium pack with one of the test leads. It doesn't work that well as a light bulb. Oh, it glows! But, it also smokes a lot and they failed to install a glass bulb around the "filament" so it tries to catch things on fire. Would not recommend using these test leads as a light bulb. I was then required to buy a new set. I plan on instead using this new set as test leads to power small electronics instead.

Perfect for testing purposes

Use these for work and love these. Teeth hold strongly for low voltage connections. Cords are a great length. Will be buy more for second tool bag soon.
