Have worked well so far, the compass has been spot on when checking it against GPS. They were gifts that were well received by all the outdoor adventurers that I know.

Very neat idea, though I hope I never need to use it. But the whistle and compass is cool. Of course I haven't had the chance to try the paracord so I can not comment on the quality. The bracelet is unadjustable so if you have a small wrist or a very large wrist that may be a problem. Overall I like the build and the multi function of the clip. It's an insurance just in case you run into trouble while in the wilderness. Just make sure to brush up on your knot tying skills because if you ever need to use the paracord you don't want your knot to be the weakness.
