No, it doesn’t remind you of eating fast food. So if your diet consists mostly of fast food and you intend to correct the consequences of your choices by signing up for gym classes beyond your capabilities and drinking protein shots, I would recommend you try something more reasonable first.I was recently hospitalized and protein supplementation was recommended. Several options including protein shots were provided. The taste was awful for all the options but the shots were easier because I didn’t have to tolerate it for very long. I bought this product after I was released and the taste was a hundred times better. So before you complain about the taste, just realize that someone did a good job of making the taste palatable; it’s just the way it is. Refrigerating the product helps.I would recommend eating a balanced diet with plent of protein before turning to supplements but these shots are a great way to boost your protein needs if diet isn’t enough.

This is some kind of weird stuff. Check ingredients before you buy (I did - but obviously not carefully enough). Cannot recommend without consulting your doctor. You may get a reaction you're not expecting. Too much of a heavy dose of protein in its delivered form . 40 grams in whey powder form is tolerable but not this stuff. .Cannot recommend unless you like something like steroids. The taste is also out to lunch as many other reviewers have mentioned. Update - since initial reaction - I had to throw them out (no chance of return/refund). Stuck again .

I liked the whole concept idea of only having to drink 3 ounces of fluids to get that much protein grams but this product is just way too strong for me. I forced myself to drink three out of the four of them and then I threw the fourth one out.

Insanely better than my current process of making a shake at home, and taking it to work (praying that it doesn't spill in my bag), or worse yet - not having the time to even make a shake. 1Shot is so convenient! Hoping to see a Mango flavor soon :D

I mean really, none of these types of things are fantastic tasting, but they are not bad and provide me with the added protein I need on the run.

I've tried protein shakes and protein bars but these are either too messy or loaded with sugar. Then I found these protein shots and I really love them!They are very convenient and effective. I tried all flavors and Tropical is my fav! My husband insteas loves the one wirh coffee :)

Great product. Love the flavors and taste.It's the right amount we need and not extremely sweet as other products.What I also like is that you don't need to refrigerate. Just once open.

This is good for what it is. I really didn’t like any of the flavors but they were small enough to just chug them. The one flavor I thought I would like, the seal was broken on and it leaked. The smell however had the same effect as the others so I figured it would be another flavor I didn’t like. They kept hunger at bay for about an hour and a half.
