I love this bedtime tea ! It has a delicious aroma of vanilla and nutmeg. This is my go to comfort tea in the evening .

Taylors of Harrogate Yorkshire Tea Bedtime Brew is a decaf black. The black tea flavor is lighter and less robust, but if you are familiar with decaf blacks, it tastes just like that. The decaffinating process tends to change the flavor but with 1/10th of the caffeine. You can always use an additional bag if you want a stronger flavor but I prefer the lighter flavor as it can be less astringent and bitter.With the light malty flavor of the black tea is a creamy vanilla with the warmth of nutmeg. It's quite satisfying.Try Taylors of Harrogate Yorkshire Tea Bedtime Brew iced too! I used 2 bags, steeped in an 1.5" of boiling water in a mason jar. Steeped for a couple minutes, remove the bags, then top with ice and a splash of vanilla syrup, or even some milk. It is fantastic!

The tea is wonderful as always, but this is the second time Amazon has sent it in a plastic bag, and the boxes arrived crushed. Everything else arrives from Amazon in a box, I wish this did too!

I feel a little tricked. Coming out of the pack this has a lovely spice and vanilla smell it retains, and it keeps it into the pour. But then the resulting tea has no trace of vanilla or spice. It's just plain black tea.

box of teabags was shipped in a paper envelope and arrived severely crushed, which is disappointing. The teabags are in a foil envelope, And are not individually wrapped. Never had this tea before. Directions are a picture that indicates 100°C, my water kettle does this for me. Using a large mug, mine is 12 ounces, steeped for 4 to 5 minutes so I did 4 1/2 minutes. It’s a very strong brew done this way, too strong for me but if you’re adding milk, then the stronger the better. If I was going to be drinking this tea black, I would double the water. With milk and a touch of sugar, the hint of vanilla has a mellowing affect and the nutmeg comes thru. Might this be re-created by adding eggnog to a cup of black tea? I’ll be sure to check next Christmas, which is the only time you can get eggnog here in the states. In the meantime, I am likely to be finishing off this box of tea very quickly.

This tea is delicious, so I was glad to be able to order conveniently online. The boxes came crushed and broken, unacceptable condition for this purchase. Happy to update my review and give five stars if seller wants to make it right

Bought this to drink during the day, because the flavor sounded like a chai without caffeine. Never, ever expected it to have any impact upon general alertness, never mind have the ability to induce drowsiness, but it does. Discovered it quite by mistake after drinking it for breakfast and felt sleepy headed all morning. It seems implausible, but having tried it now during different times of day I think you'll find that if you drink a couple of tea bags worth you will feel like taking a nap or even just turning in for the night within an hour of drinking the brew. The flavor of this is not strong but the effect certainly is. Highly Recommended for use as a bedtime brew. Not recommended as a Pick Me Up!

Lovely taste. Flavorful but not too strong. I find it to be a comforting experience before winding down to sleep.Will definitely repurchase when this box is finished.
