GREAT Products BUT...Be Careful of Shipping.
I've owned two of these blue diamond pans for several years now. Their durability is unmatched, best pans ever. Note that I use them without oils/butter, I use water for all my stovetop cooking purposes. Nothing sticks to the bottom. I use a silicone spatula, and most amazingly, I use a relatively course sponge to clean the pans when I'm done that works like a charm:CLEANING: I use the O-Cedar blue/green scrunge sponges. The green side is so coarse it's almost like sandpaper. You'd swear it'd scratch, but it doesn't...Immediately after I cook something, I empty the pan of the food and water, and under hot water I use the coarse side of the sponge to scrape the food residue off; you have to scrape/rub briefly and then, very importantly, run that coarse part of the sponge that you just used on the pan under water to get the residue you scraped off the pan...that's now on the green...OFF that part of the sponge. Takes a second. Then go back and continue with the freshly rinsed part of the sponge.Getting that residue off the sponge by just running it under water for a second re-surfaces that part of the sponge and you can continue "scraping" the residue off the pan with that part of the sponge. If you do NOT rinse that residue off the sponge, the sponge loses it's effectiveness dramatically; it reduces the abrasiveness way down. It's kinda amazing how just rinsing that little bit off the sponge renews it instantly, but it seems to literally remove exactly what you want it to, without any damage, and will continue to if it is unhindered by residue stuck to the sponge. It is abrasive! But it WORKS. AND...IT DOESN'T SCRATCH!Best-ever pan and sponge combo. The sponge is great, but I credit the pan and this special (and extremely importantly non-toxic) surface for these results. (On the toxic note, I would never buy the product unless it was as non-toxic as possible. I won't use the vast majority of pans on the market because of this factor).Several years now, using it almost daily, and cleaning it this way, and this amazing pan has NO scratches on it. I do use a silicone spatula as mentioned, I don't know if a metal one would scratch, but I tend to think the pan can handle it, perhaps just not as long as using a silicone one. The surface is just amazing, this should be THE standard for pans.BUT...SHIPPING...Welp, I'm not gonna blame the company. I guess I have to blame Amazon. I ordered the two-pan set as a gift for someone, and the large box arrived all broken open with the pans separated from each other and the manufacturer's packaging all torn apart. I can't give the gift like that. So I had to go to a local retail outlet and buy something similar (same brand, they just didn't have the same two-pan combo at the store I went to).My order was the 10 and 12 inch. I don't know if the packaging/shipping issue is with this combo because of awkward-sized boxes (which I think may be the issue) or what. The box was oversized for the product, no packaging filler to avoid it sliding around, and I could see where an item like this with edge and weight could pierce a box with only one strip of tape and so large that the product would shift and bounce all over the place inside of it.But great pans, the best, period.

Practical everyday frying pans.
Good practical skillets for everyday use. Easy to clean. Just don't burn them, or use high heat.

Very good, super non stick
Great pans. Do not use them at high heat- they will lose their non stick properties. Medium heat max. If you keep the heat to medium, they'll be the best egg pan ever and won't ever stick. Try them on high heat and they fail. Ruined forever- so much that even butter will stick to it.

Non-stick is almost gone after a few months
I’ve been using these pans for a few months now, with mixed results. Let me start by saying that I have been VERY careful to not heat the pans beyond medium high heat, and to hand wash the pans. The 10” pan has maintained its non-stick properties pretty well. Not so much for the 12” pan. The larger pan quickly developed a couple of areas where the non-stickiness was gone. Those areas are gradually getting larger and larger. I’m about at the point of throwing out the 14” pan. Even though the 10” pan is still pretty good, I cannot recommend this brand because of my experience with the larger pan.Update:Now, a few weeks after I wrote the review above, the 10” pan is developing spots where foods are sticking.

Great Quality at a Fair Price
These skillets work great. They heat evenly and the coating prevents anything from sticking very firmly making them easy to clean. I usually just wipe off any visible grease with a paper towel and stick them in the dishwasher. Any grease/fat that becomes stuck on (rare) is easy to remove by putting a few ounces of water in the skillet with a few drops of detergent (I use Dawn Platinum) and letting it soak for 5 minutes or so. The paper towel treatment described above then works to remove the now loosened detritus. This is the second set we've owned. The first set lasted through 6 or 7 years of nearly daily use before chips and pits began to appear--and in the case of the smaller skillet that occurred in part because it was left on a burner over a low flame for more than an hour after we were done with it. That's our fault. We might still be using the original set if not for that.

Good size slick finish well made. QUALITY
I absolutely love my blue diamond frying pans. Excellent quality and marvelous to cook on so easy to clean up. I was pleased and surprised when the long handles didn’t heat up when I was cooking with them. The only comment I might make is I would’ve liked the handles to be about 2 inches shorter. Other than that. I love the pans and I’m gonna look at the whole set. They’re beautiful blue.
