Colgin Gourmet Liquid Smoke - Natural Mesquite (2 Pack), Natural Hickory 4 Fl Oz (Pack of 4)

My favorite smoke flavors from Colgin's! I use those for several different things from a small amount in some different noodle dishes and also chili and hot dogs and some other items. I also use them to make my own Zero Sugar Added BBQ sauces and they are great for that purpose. I find that the Mesquite combined with some Caramel and Cola help to make a near Molasses solution and so I use that and also thicken it further with some extra smoke and the rest of my ingredients I use for making my Zero Sugar Added BBQ Sauce. I like making my own BBQ sauces from them and also because the BBQ Sauce is instant usage rather than having to Marinade with the sauces and yet I can also Marinade with my BBQ Sauce and/or the Colgin's Smoke! I use them for making my own homemade Sloppy Joe Sauce and even some instant Baked Pinto Beans! I found you can mix 1TSP Colgin's Smoke Per 1 Cup Food Grade 5% Distilled White Vinegar to create a type of Balsamic Vinegar. They're great! Thank You.

Great product. I use this in almost all my dishes to give that smoke flavor. Being Vegan, I can’t use meat to add flavor to my dishes so I was searching the web for substitutes. Well in my Google search I came across this product and I love it. Even my non Vegan friends and family love the flavor it adds to your food.

Better buy than you can find at stores.

I have not used the items yet but there was some spillage in the box. However, I am happy about the price.

Definitely worth the buy!

I do use liquid smoke when I cook. As of right now this is the best I have come across. Good buy.
