Very different than the other brands.Way better in term of massage (all the familly approve) and for a good price.Doesn't look cheap so far so let see if it is reliable

Works well but not good enough. But it worth its price.

I first experienced this powerful seat massager in January of this year. My mother received it as a Christmas gift and every excited to introduce me to it. I was thinking Lord have mercy, what does she have. I just knew it was going to be like some of the very similar items like this that just didn't work. Well boy was I wrong. I am so glad I was wrong. It hit the spots on my back I didn't even know where in need of love. This is a gift worth giving. It does deep manipulation and get right in those knotted areas on your neck and back. I was had to buy one. As soon as I got back home, I got online and ordered one. I will be honest, I was thinking what if it doesn't work as well as my Mom's. But that was not the case, it was exactly what I remembered. I would buy this and give it as gifts to others.

This works fine and have been for about a year now, so this is not a buy today review the day after. It has held up on all settings. The knock I have is that I am 6'5" it is not made to massage someone full back I would say taller than 6'3".

The only reason that I gave a 4-star is because the heat option didn't come through. But I tried all modes: full body, spot and rolling with full back, upper back or lower back. There is a 10-15 timer option which is perfect because the back can be sensitive if used for long intervals. Overall, wonderful product. I loved how the tension in my back just seemed to go away. I was on the phone and suddenly I went silent. My sister kept asking me if I was asleep, so it did its job.
