GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
My original order was damaged in shipping. I contacted Big Bear via their website as instructed on their web page. By the next day I received a reply that they were crediting my purchase and resending the Marshmallow Roasting Forks. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Within 3 days I received a new shipment of the Marshmallow Roasting Forks. They appear to me to be a well made and can' wait to have my grandkids over to try them out.PS: Included with my order was a pair of Big Bear Meat Claws for picking up hot meat from the grill and for shredding or carving a roast. I will test out and provide feedback.

They work great!!
They work perfect. If you bend them out a bit you can do 2 large marshmallows at once. And they don't bend from the weight of large ballpark hotdogs. We haven't used them too much. Just a few times. I will update my review in a couple months.

Good quality, comes with a bag to carry and store roasting sticks. They extend, making them safe for our children to use. Great for hot dogs and marshmallows. Also comes with wood skewers for shish kabob.
