Milky taste, right amount of ginger and tea flavor. Unsweetened is better since I can add in the amount of sugar I want.

I love that you can take these packets with you anytime. The flavor is good, but I confess that when I use the unsweetened tea, I use two packets for one cup to give it that classic chai "bite." I am forever indebted to the person who introduced me to this tea. Can I buy it at a reduced price if I order a lot of it?

Tastes good … key is to use only 6 oz hot water and blend very well.However price us a bit high

I purchase the tea bags after my Indian buddy gave me some to try. It was so good. I purchase these here and the taste was awful. It was not even close to what I had before. Something is wrong with these teabags. I followed the directions like he told me with adding 4 to 6 oz of hot water. Purchase at a local store if you can.

I love these instant chai mixes.. great choice for quickly making tea of your favorite flavor during office hours. Just mix the sachet in hot water and it's ready in no time. Simple. I have tried the unsweetened Ginger, masala and cardamom flavors. I love them all.
