25FT Black Flag Pole Kit with 3'x5' American Flag Heavy Duty Aluminum Outdoor In ground Telescoping Flagpole for Outside Yard Residential Commercial

I love this flag pole with the exception of now I have installed it the telescoping part is not working. I have had to take a very large pair of channel lock pliers to either tighten the pieces so they will stay up then I need to take the large channel lock pliers to unlock the parts to get the flag pole down. Can someone please help out this 20 year Navy Veteran.Jimmy

My husband has always wanted a flag pole instead of the house mount we have. Boy was he excited to get one for Father’s Day. It was easy to install till it came to the clips that hold the flag to the pole. They are suppose to be metal. Ours were plastic and the first one broke. Good thing we got 5 instead of the usual four. We will be looking for metal clips.

Super easy to put up, we ordered the black one and the only thing we didn't like about it is the way you erect it scratches the paint off but that was minor we just spray painted over the scratches!

This pole looks great but it doesn't stay locked it the extended position. After just a couple of days you have to reposition it and tighten again, now only after a week the bottom section won't tighten. Piece of garbage

used it from my house. Yes it was easy to assemble and to install but not very sturdy does not stay locked I have to use tools to lock it then I can’t get it loose to lower it in Highwind I have a 2 x 3 flag on it so now I’m face was probably put the screws in it for permanent heights

3rd flag pole I’ve bought. 1st time buying this one. Ball broken in half so can’t screw my light on top. It’s cheap China plastic. Wouldn’t buy again. To get a new ball I have to return whole item so now have to go buy a non plastic cheap ball for top of flag.

Easy tightening it's hard to undo if tightened to much

We hang 2 flags on ours and no issues.
