This bobbin case is not compatible with Janome machines. It's dimensions are not the same as the genuine Janome bobbin case and because of that, there are major problems with the upper thread getting caught on the pin that protrudes slightly from the cutting blade. If multiple threads get piled up there, which is easy enough to do without you realizing it, the cutting blades can be ruined.Please don't buy this - go buy a genuine Janome replacement part from one of their sales dealers - Be kind to your beloved machine.
