Was easy to install.
The only trouble I had installing this was getting the old one off. It had rusted. Has been on the door for about six months and still working well.

UPDATE: 10/13/21Needs lubrication. I used white lithium grease to lube it up after resetting the spring. Spring made its way into the hole in the door, which was the cause of my initial issue.The white lithium grease made the push button and handle pretty smooth.Original Review:At first, the install was okay.Couple of weeks later the internal spring has some sort of issue and is not properly resetting the exterior push button and interior lever.
