This counter top towel holder is very sturdy! It's meant for fingertip size towels. Hand towels would hang down onto the counter top. It was sp easy to put together and really looks nice!

This towel rack is really very beautiful! We had purchased the toilet paper stand with the same design--which we LOVE--and were thrilled when we discovered the towel rack that matched! High quality, nicely weighted base and lovely crystal knob on top. After we got it we realized that the crystal knob matched the round lights over our vanity! One of the things that I have not liked about hand towel racks is that they are not tall enough to keep a hand towel from pooling on the counter, so only a fingertip towel would fit. This one is just a LITTLE too small, but I could live with it. Then I realized that I could turn the part that holds the towel upside down. This made it the perfect height. I would definitely recommend both the toilet paper stand and its matching towel rack!

This is exactly the minimal, clean look I was hoping for...for some reason, there are no towel bars near my bathroom sink, so I'd have to wash my hands and drip on the floor to get to the towel on the towel bar. The only issue I have that didn't occur to me at the time is that my hand towels are just a couple of inches longer, and the bottom drags the counter top. Shorter hand towels would work, or raising the base height, but probably just measuring your hand towel length before buying would be the easiest thing. (Wish I'd thought of that first...😊)

Overall this towel holder is very nice. I purchased for my mother in Assisted Living to hold quilted decorations as her rooms are small and little storage. The weight is very good, and was easy to assemble. However, the top finial did not screw into the vertical tube far enough to be tight against the horizontal bar. This made it very floppy. We added some washers to fill the space. We did try alternating the ends to see if that helped, but no.. I recommend with a heads-up for this issue.

Very decorative yet sturdy

I really like the size and appearance of this stand. It's difficult to find one in gold that I like. Really like the 'crystal' knob on the end. Being compact, a regular-sized hand towel folded in half lengthwise overhangs the rod slightly, but will fit if you bunch it up a little or tri-fold the towel. Since it is narrow and the base is smaller accordingly, it wobbles a little while drying your hands. Overall, I really like it.

This towel holder is very well-made and super cute, but unfortunately is more appropriate for a fingertip towel not a full-size towel. Sending it back.

In the beginning I thought the towel rack might be a bit too tall but once I out a hand towel on it it was ok. It is so stylish and so useful, and I love it a lot.
