This really helps with ab workout and planks.

Product is rather narrow for forearm placement for planks. I also received a product that was obviously used quite a bit and then returned. It was quite scuffed on all sides. The more significant issue is the product slides quite easily across all surfaces I've tried: carpet, wood floor, and concrete. Not even worth returning I already discarded it.
