Raw PowerProtein Superfood Blend (16 oz, Chocolate Flavor)

Just got this product and worried it wasn't going to taste good but it tastes pretty good compared to other powders I've tried.I LOVE that this doesn't have any added sweeteners, especially Stevia because most companies go crazy with that stuff and it makes the product taste gross. I also read that consuming Stevia may have an undesired effect on your blood glucose anyways because the body is expecting sugar (from the sweet taste) and produces insulin unnecessarily in response (maybe a combo of Stevia and like honey or coconut sugar would work best).I mix this with a cup of coconut milk, some more chocolate powder, a bit of coffee and sweeteners include: D-ribose powder (for energy) or raw honey and one drop of Stevia extract (not enough to impact the taste, just add a touch of extra sweetness).

I bought this years ago when I just started experimenting with raw veganism and I loved the taste from the first time I used it. It is a very clean product and uses great ingredients everything that is in it is good for you.Love the nutty flavor with the chocolate! I'm glad I found it again

The description states " * NO wheat/gluten * " BUT what it does not state is that this product is "Packaged in a facility that also processes dairy, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts". I just spent $664.49 on this product that makes me very sick. It took me awhile before I realized that I needed to go back and read labels. Too late to send back for a refund.

I like the product- it has plenty of protein, antioxidants..and it tastes good too.I personally throw 2 scoops into a blender with rice or almond milk, and addpowdered spirulina for an extra kick, and some fresh fruit like bananas or raspberriesFunnel down some chlorella with it and you are good to go!
