One of the best little projects!!
Definitely a good price for the amount of work that I had to put in, and the quality wasn't too bad. It does come with a whole guide book on how to place and put everything together. It is a bit confusing at times but it helps to always take a double look before placing. Although I lacked only one piece I was able to improvise with some of the other materials given. Keep in mind this does not come with any glue but just a pair of flimsy tweezers. I would recommend investing in a good miniature build tool kit. I just bought one off here that came with 2 pairs of tweezers and clippers and an exacto knife. That exacto blade comes in really handy for this project, and considering some of the items are super tiny that you'll be making 2 tweezers make it easier. Overall once it was fully put together it looked so good!!! I was ecstatic to step back and see all the hard work I put into this project. It was well worth it! Happy crafting!!P. S. This craft in my opinion would work best with different types of glue. I used Elmer's glue all for a good majority of it like the paper and tiny pieces but when u get to the framing part with walls and stuff I'd use something that's very thick and tacky that dries quick. I used hot glue and it worked just fine, just gotta be quick.....

Very nice!!!!
Was very hard and time consuming. Make sure you check the lights. I did and one didn't work so I just bought one because there wasn't an option to just get that piece replaced. It is very relaxing and I had fun do it.

Kid loves it
The media could not be loaded. This is the third miniature kit I’ve completed. I make them for my 5 year old to play with so it’s more of a functional dollhouse than a model. She wanted one with a toilet and this fit the bill. Kids have their priorities straight!I did things to make it easier to play with (didn’t do the full dinner table spread, put 2 pillows on the bed instead of 3, did a globe light instead of the chandelier so she could get her hand in the bedroom to move the furniture around, etc.). I don’t glue much down so she can take a things out to play with and rearrange rooms.I used two battery packs (one from a previously returned kit). I couldn’t get all the lights to run off one. When I connected the globe bathroom light it made all the other lights in the house not work so we just skipped wiring that one (husband helps with this part).I was missing the 12 white wood pieces for the steps in the first kit I ordered. Called Amazon and they sent a second kit. Stair pieces missing from that one too. We sent that one back. I’ll wait a couple weeks to order another. Hopefully that one will be from a new batch and will have the stairs. I’d really like to finish this thing.Walls floor and roof are pressed board so some of the pieces were warped. Not everything is flush. I just had to figure out how to make it work.Other than those issues I had a lot of fun putting it together and am very pleased with the outcome. You should know going into these projects the pieces are not going to be perfect and you’ll have to get creative and adjust at times to get it to come together. LOVE the ceiling fans, backlit headboard and blue LED lights in the pool.

Cute miniature house!
I love this miniature house and it came on time and nothing was missing from the box which is good. It’s super cute and was easy to put together. I enjoyed assembling it.

Not for the impatient
I have done 13 of these houses so far. I started with a one room bedroom a d advanced to harder ones of 2 stories and now this one. The difficulty of this one, on a scale of 1-10 is an 11. The instructions are not great and a few times I just had to guess what they wanted me to do, since the instructions are only pictures and they tell you to "do as picture".Some kits I had better pieces. This one you have to make just about EVERYTHING! They couldn't even give me a table leg for the 1 mm sized table. The leg consted of 1 tiny pearl, a bead glued on top of that, with another tiny pearl to top it off. I hope it turns out as good as the picture on the box. But only time (a lot of it) will tell. When I finish it I will add a photo. Which may well be 2027.Update. I finished the house , but it was not fun! Most houses have enlarged pics of corners where you join 2 pieces of wood together so you can see if the wood should be placed outside or inside of the other piece of wood. This just said to do as pictured. The pictures are very small and even though I was using a magnifying glass, couldn't tell where to put the wood. Soooo naturally I glued it on wrong as I found out that the other parts of the house didn't fit. So I had to rip off the glued piece, tearing off some wallpaper in the process. But I finally finished it and my hats off to those of you who had no problems with this one. Would I recommend it???? A BIG NO! but I did promise to show you a picture of my finished project. Thank goodness you can't see all the mistakes. And BTW I did t like the paper sailboat so I added a rowboat from our train board.
