Poor Quality Control
First, the assembly manual was incomplete. The section covering installing the wheels and sides were missing. Had to figure it out on my own. Second, assembled sides did not look right. After several swaps of the side panels I realized the kit supplied two (2) left sides and no right side. It goes together, but one side is a little lopsided. Third, I had to hammer two wheels into place on the axle before cotter pin would engage the holes in the axle.The finished cart works fine, but putting it together is a real hassle.

This was a cheap garden cart, not a Gorilla Cart
I would never recommend this to anyone. I ordered a Gorilla Cart, like I had done previously, and this cart was a cheap garden cart, not a Gorilla Cart. There were parts missing, it was very hard to put together, and I have no confidence in it being able to carry any kind of load. The cart I ordered said it had a 400lb capacity, this one lists a 300lb capacity.The Gorilla Cart I ordered in the past, which I thought was ordering again, is perfect, very high quality and reliable. This one, listed as an XJ-87, is nowhere near what I ordered. Very disappointing

So far so good!
Received in good condition. No dents or scratches, wrapped up really good in shrink wrap. However, one of the tires will need air. I haven’t put in any air yet - but will do so before using it. Other than that minor setback, I can’t wait to use it this fall when I have to move my plants into the garage , or repot and need to transport soil bags from garage to back yard. Product definitely seems sturdy and the maneuverability is awesome.

It looks sturdy, but it's not.
It was he'll to put together! It's tires lose inflation quickly & one I either need to patch inter-tube or replace. I wouldn't buy it again.

Poor wheels - to replace took some work
Did not like the pneumatic tires/wheels so replaced them. Wish it came with solid rubber tires. Otherwise good quality, and easy to maneuver.

First time used, 3 tires blew out.

Had flat rire after only 2 weeks use. Went flat immediately again after pumping up. Otherwise like product
