Pretty awesome but…
The laptop runs beautifully, the graphics are beautiful, awesome storage and just an amazing gaming pc all around. However I recommend to play on charge as the battery life does go down in a pretty short amount of time. I never tested how long it stays on but I’d say a solid 30 minutes before you have to charge it again. I do highly recommend this laptop(s) because you won’t find any gaming laptop this good for this cheap. I am not disappointed in the product. However I would buy the backfans for it too since the games I play makes it get hot but it’s not the case for all that games

Love it!
This computer has packed a powerful punch for the price.I have happily and successfully been able to play high-end games without issue, like Baldurs Gate 3, Hogwarts Legacy, Starfield, etc.The fan is a bit loud, but on the flip side, I've had no problems with overheating. I love it.

Decent laptop but the built in SSD sucks
Overall a good gaming laptop with acceptable performance on most modern titles. Handles Diablo 4 on High settings with no issues at 1080P. Biggest drawback is the internal SSD which is very slow at 400 mpbs read and 100 mbps write. The SSD also tends to hiccup and lock up the system. I've mitigated most of this by using an external SSD for games and swap file but it is annoying they'd ship such a subpar part for storage. Good internal SSDs should be doing 2000/2000 on read/write not 400/100.

Great computer and price
This is a pretty good laptop. It runs games well and I was able to play dead by daylight with little problem except it gets very hot if it's a game like that. I ended up getting a external fan and it works perfectly. Only other complaint would be the fan seems to make a buzzing noise which is kind of infuriating but not too loud most people probably wouldn't notice. I've had it for 9 months now and it's severed me very well and continues to work good. I would definitely recommend it. Especially now that it's in the $600 range and when I bought it it was in the $900 range.

Works perfectly
This laptop is the best I've ever had, it is very worth every penny. Everything runs smoothly, even the video games that I play, and I will be using this laptop for my remote work.

Excellent, so far
I've just had this laptop for 1 day, but so far it's excellent. It works nice and smooth, very good display, good audio, it doesn't get hot quickly, it's not noisy. It looks very beautiful, too, very good quality. The keyboard is very nice, user friendly. The games I installed on it work perfectly.I never had a MSI before, I like it. For now, this is a very good purchase for me.

Broken 5 months after purchase
This was great - until it randomly stopped working. The hard drive is 100% busy, creating major delays in running. It takes 30-60 minutes to boot up and then I am unable to open anything for another 40 minutes. If I do manage to get a game up, I cannot actually play it because of how slow the system is.I contacted the insurance company we purchased additional coverage from - they said to contact MSI because it was under warranty. We contact MSI they said it was no longer under warranty because it was purchased summer of 2022. They updated the information when we showed proof that we purchased it in October of 2022 and we sent it in to them. They returned it and let us know it was not all original parts and that we had to contact the seller to resolve the issue because their warranty was voided due to the new parts. We were unable to get an answer when calling the customer service number for the seller. It sounds like others have had similar issues and the company has resolved them, but my husband contacted Amazon directly to return this product and refund the purchase of the 4 year add on warranty.I would suggest to consider purchasing a laptop from a source that has not done "upgrades" that void the manufacturer's warranty.
