One of those kitchen items that while not mandatory, makes hamburger production easier. You might want to consider buying two or three, depending on how many burgers you cook simultaneously.

I just got this today. Made two smashburgers. The wife always likes my burgers but she was full of complements about these and started planning an invite for our neighbors! I followed the directions: 6 oz ball of ground beef (well, 1/3lb - close enough), smash and hold for ten seconds (I used our EVO outdoor grill and a parchment covering on the ball), seasoned, flipped, until done. This is going to be the only way I ever make burgers now. The size and depth of the press is perfect. It is super solid and should last me a lifetime. Thank you Hulisen!

Works as it should but it could be a little beefier in my opinion .... no pun intended 😆

Nicely built and. Makes the perfect sized burger.

I take a 1/4 pound of ground beef, form it into a ball and put it on some parchment paper, and squash it with the burger press, the burger is quite thin but uniform, and nearly 6" in diameter. Don't worry, they plump back up when they hit the grill , and also shrink back down to about 4" once cooked. Also, since the burgers are pressed to uniform thickness, they all cook the same. Lastly, it seems very well made and although I'll never have to buy another, I wouldn't hesitate to if a burglar broke in and stole it ;-)

Haven’t used this yet, I will this weekend. It’s well made and what could go wrong. If there’s a problem, it’s me. So give it a try.
