I bought this for my daughters’ birthday party. There are many items inside the package and it’s well made. Our whole family was very happy with this decoration. The golden balloons were easy to blow up. However, the “happy birthday” originally came with two “T” but missed an “I”, so I have to hang “bTrthday” on the wall. I contacted the seller and asked him to send me a letter “I” if possible. The seller said yes immediately and told me he will send it out soon. It was only two days away from my daughters’ birthday so I thought we might have to party with “Btrthday” balloons. Amazingly the replacement came on the birthday and before the party. And it’s a brand new SET of decorations instead of a letter “I”! The seller generously shipped the package using expressed shipping even though I didn’t push for a fast shipping. It was the perfect decoration at the party. Everyone complimented on it.Overall the price is very affordable and great for any budget. It is a really cute decoration that will give your party some color. The party supplies are well made and in good quality. My kids and other children in the party enjoyed the horns.I highly recommend this to anyone looking for cute party decorations. I will be buying more in the future for other birthday parties I throw. This was a really nice package and was a good value for the money. The Happy Birthday message was really big (spanned an average size room) and stayed inflated for a very very very long time. (In fact, it is probably still inflated somewhere in our storage - and this is nearly a year later.) I bought this to add to the decorations for my husband's 40th birthday party. There was plenty here! We even had some pieces left over to hold a small impromptu birthday party for a friend later in the year.

I was surprised at the good quality of most of the stuff; the latex balloons popped fairly easily, but everything else was beyond my expectations. I kept the banner for other birthdays because it's so nice, and bigger than I thought! I would have kept the letter balloons, but I didn't want to deflate them and store them, but I loved them so much! The spiral dangling decorations are great as well. I mean, for the price, it's totally worth the buy. You can seriously decorate a whole birthday party with this one kit (as long as you don't go overboard on decorating). Worth it, and would buy again!

The balloons popped very easily with just 1 child being playful, nothing aggressive. The inflatable "happy birthday" looks awesome and was easy to do (have yet to see how easy to deflate/reuse). "Happy birthday" triangle banner looks good. The spirals looked great. Party hats were cheap but I didn't mind. Horn blowers were good. Cups were small but, otherwise, they and the plates and napkins were adequate. The confetti is worthless and still in the box. Overall, I would recommend for a party. Can't beat the price and convenience.

It was perfect! I have twins turning 4 in November, and trying to split the patty styles (boy & girl) was a headache last year. I'm also in a very tight budget. I saw this and it was a life saver! Everything you need right in one box! No going to the store to try and match stuff up. It's wonderful!! Highly recommend and will most likely buy again.

This is perfect for decorating and having a small party. Everything I needed and more was included in the box. All very good quality and many things can be used again. I especially like the Happy Birthday foil letters- it was a really nice addition. They come with a string to attach to hang but I taped them to the wall.

I ordered this to save time. I was aware that I was paying a little extra for dollar tee items, but with the party less than a week out, i was willing to pay for convenience.It was a good set, however; It was missing pieces. We were missing 2 party hats, which didnt bother me, but The small banner was completely missing the B, which I didnt notice until we hung it up and It said "HAPPY IRTH DAY"All in all it was a great product. But knowing I paid extra for these items, I would have just liked to have had everything I paid for.

I see a lot of comments that claim to have received "C", and "U"'s in the package for the gold letters. When you use the straw to blow them up they will form the "B" and "P's" needed. It's just the shape of the balloons before you blow them up that may appear to be wrong, but they are not.This is an excellent way to decorate for any Birthday Party age.
