I bought this to help me work on my squat. It's sturdy and a good size. Does the job. Why pay more?

Very good product and well constructed

The wedge is super lightweight but dense enough to support your weight without compressing. That is aside from the leading edge which easily rolls/folds slightly. I also found it wasn’t quite enough of a slant for me, but that doesn’t reflect on the product.

I’m not into yoga but have bought this wedge to elevate my heels when performing barbel back squats to get better depth. This wedge is perfect height

Bought for squats as tight ankles. Ideal.

I use my wedge for seated postures, to help encourage anterior pelvic tilt (I have a tendency to round my lower back in seated postures, as do many of my students - I'm a yoga teacher). It works perfectly for this since it is nice and firm, so better for me than using a blanket to accomplish the same goal. Something like this with a slope also works better for me than blocks, for example - they may be great for providing a bit more space for tight hips in seated postures, but that's not an issue I have. For me, this is the only answer to encourage anterior tilt in seated postures!

Got this to help me go deeper in my squats as my ankles are not as flexible. It works. Good quality.

Lo uso come wedge per lo squat (quelli in gomma sono costosissimi, in proporzione), sono andato un po' alla cieca visto che la destinazione d'uso non era proprio ortodossa (confortato anche dalle recensioni di altri utenti che lo hanno scelto con la mia stessa intenzione) e sono assai soddisfatto, va benissimo, sia per air squat sia con carico (bilanciere o kettlebell); è davvero solido, è fatto con quel materiale rigido che si usa nello yoga (i cubotti, per intenderci). Non è foam o altro per cui rimane rigido e non s'impronta dopo l'uso. Vedremo alla prova del tempo. Per ora stra-soddisfatto ( e ho pure contattato l'assistenza per avere info, credo sia una ditta inglese, risposto celermente)!

Habe leider nicht genau aufgepasst, der Artikel muss bei Rückgabewunsch nach Großbritannien versendet werden, was bei dem Preis zu teuer ist. Da das kein Produktmakel ist, gebe ich trotzdem 5 Sterne. Für mich ist der Keil etwas zu kurz mit den 15cm, aber schön fest sonst und wie beschrieben.

Une pente supérieure aurait ete mieux mais il aurait fallu qu'il soit plus grand dans ce cas pour choisir la hauteur.Je ne pense pas qu'il sera utile pour mes soulevés de terre; je vais le garde comme simple coussin

Served the purpose it was intended. Quite firm and can be used 2 ways. V happy with it and good value
