I absolutely LOVE it.. It is made out of fantastic material & great quality almost a tapestry type of material.. The material has a great Sheen like quality that picks up light beautifully & the color is absolutely beautiful..

UPDATE: 12/30/20 Just realized I was so focused on the labeling of the package I didn't realize there were 2 panels each about 50" wide for a total of 100" to a package. The labeling is still incorrect as there are actually 2 panels in each package even tho it states 1 panel 50" x 84". So don't overbuy as I did due to what the package states. The curtains are beautiful and I love them.I love the curtains but was mislead into thinking I would receive 2 panels in each package totallling 100 Inches when in fact I got only 1 panel of 50" in each package. In other words, there is only (1) 50" panel per package, so if you have a wide window like 76" wide, you need to order at least 2 packages just to cover the one window and order more for any additional windows. I had 1 - 76" wide window and 2- 24" wide windows and ordered 2 packages of these curtains and found I needed to order 2 more packages of (1) panel for each additional window.

I would not consider these drapes to be room darkening as packaged because they are unlined and the upper section, constructed of the solid red faux silk fabric which is too translucent to do more than diffuse light.I purchased the drapes merely to acquire the fabric from which to make insulated Roman shades and upholstered cornices to coordinate with the previously purchased comforter set. The 50" width was perfect; each panel was wide enough for the the face of the shade plus the wrap around. The cornices required seaming at the corners but the pattern repeat worked well with the measurements of the shades reducing waste. There is plenty of fabric left over for lamp shades and throw pillows.The fabric takes a needle well, although it is prone to snags, but the added loft from the insulation and lining highlight the shimmering silverish threads woven into the fabric itself. Overall I am very pleased with both these drapes and matching comforter set, when combined with the dark wood of my furniture, I got the rich, sumptuous look I wanted for my bedroom. A far cry from the "light and airy" look that everyone else wants these days.Only painting and baseboards left to do before I can set up the furniture and have my room back. [Sigh] But only after the electrical issues are addressed. Four outlets are plenty for the bedroom, said no one ever, at least no one in this century. [Huge sigh]

Bought the Oversized King Madison Park Aubrey Bedspread Set a few days ago, then found these valances to match!! Just put in my order for one more valance so all three windows match in fullness. What they don't tell you in the description (at least not that I can see) is that you need to measure the width of your window and then multiply that by 1.5 or 2 to get the fullness/ruffles shown in the display pix! Or if you want the valance to hang flat with little or no ruffle, order just your window width or a little more. After a gentle laundry session and a touch-up with the iron, this valance turned out beautifully!! I was able to use the existing rods from my previous valance and I have a very high-end custom decorator look now!! I could not be happier. I highly recommend the Madison Park line for quality and beauty.

.Love it!! I received the "black" valance today, and it is absolutely beautiful on my window. It is definitely a 5-star purchase. However there was ONE very very minor negative point: The "black" is really more of a real "dark dark brown"--still beautiful, but not the dark black I had wanted and expected. But once I got it hung (which took every bit of 3 minutes, at most), it was so stunning that I no longer cared about the extremely minor color hue difference.One more important thing--my window is a 48" window so one curtain MIGHT have worked, but I ordered two just to be safe--and TWO equaled exactly the correct size for my window. So if you want the nice full luxurious fit, you better get two of them. You will not regret it.

Funky smell fresh out the package I had to wash them and hit them up with some air freshener, but eventually they was fine I did Get the black matching set bought two pairs of them, 2 panels per pack one panel completely covers your standard size window don't listen to them when they say you need two panels per window unless you want to pull the curtain back from the middle outward just use one if you want to fully cover your window and don't mind pulling it completely to one side.

These curtains work perfectly for my bedroom. I love the design and it almost matches perfectly with my custom lamp shades. The top is shear but the bottom is thick and heavier material. Very happy with them!!! Highly recommend!

To begin with misleading. Each of the 2 panels in the 50 x 95 package are 25 inches each. The ad makes you think you are getting 2 50 inch panels.The material is very light, there is no black out lining.It does match my comforter. Will need to buy black out curtains to use with these panels. I will use the panels to hide the black out curtains when opened.Very disappointed

Cortinas negras que bloquean parcialmente la luz, es decir no son BlackOut. Muy recomendables si quieres bloquear la mayor parte de la Luz. Las cortinas en las fotos de Amazon aparentan ser blanco con negro pero en realidad son de color negro con plateado.

Rideaux acheté pour compléter mon ensemble couvre -lit. Ils sont un peu minces , mais , j ai des rideaux occultants en dessous. Plus , du voilage au milieu.J ai pris les plus long 108 po, et , j ai replié et cousus Ce qui me donne 96 pouces , soit la longueur exacte dont j avais besoin.la bande noir qui ést de 12 pouces je crois , , par en dessous , p.c.q. je n aimais pas ca.

Con esta cenefa de cuentas las cortinas se ven con más elegancia, yo le puse a los lados dos cortina black out color vino o guinda por el tamaño de la cenefa que no abarcaba el total de la ventana y sirve que si se necesita más privacidad se corren las cortinas black out.

After spending roughly 30 minutes picking and cutting off threads....I finally was able to put them up! They look good but let's the light in....if for a bedroom need to add black out panels....
