still runs like a champ
Have used every day for 3 years. Accidentally submerged it in water for a few minutes, took it apart to dry out, still runs like a champ!

First one was great, second one was trash!
I had one for several years and decided to buy another to keep in our travel trailer. The new one was very noisy while operating from the first time I used it. It NEVER frothed the milk well and two weeks of using once every morning, it stopped working. The first one always worked well, was quiet and got a lot of use over several years and is still working decently, although it doesn't froth as well as it use to. I would not recommend buying the current model.

Meh. Not bad, not great, not much.
It IS what I wanted and fits the description to a T, but meh. It isn't particularly hot, it isn't particularly anything. It is totally worth $20-30, which can be found in the marketplace, but not more than that.

Defective motor drive, makes grinding noise.
I like that it foams milk however the motor or gear drive must be defective not allowing the speed needed to froth completely leaving too much milk in the bottom. The motor gear drive makes grinding noise and after a month and half of use, it's too late to return to Amazon.

We Love This Product!!
We purchased our first Aroma milk frother at Target about a year ago on sale for just under $40. We fell in love with it on its first use. The milk froths up perfectly for each of us even though my wife and I each enjoy our coffee just a little bit differently. I do agree with one of the previous reviews that suggests the cappuccino attachment works better than the latte attachment.Unfortunately, about a month ago, 10-11 months after we bought the frother, it started making some unusual purring and began working more slowly. I'm giving it four stars because I typically expect things to last longer than that. But we also fell in love with our frother so much that we did not hesitate to order another one on Amazon for about that same price of $40 (Target did not have any in stock.) Today we put the new one in use even though the older one never completely stopped working, it was just going too slowly. The pros:It froths great with milk, low-fat milk, creamer and combinations there of.It's quick and relatively quiet. It heats the milk up if that's what you prefer; I do not like the milk too hot though. It's easy to clean up.Compared to the cup of coffee at Starbucks or other speciality coffee shops, it's a huge bargain!!Cons:It lasted less than a year.Overall, I highly recommend this product. We enjoy coffee so much more at home now, that I can't even remember the last time we went to the coffee shop.

5 stars
I've been using mine everyday for a couple years. Gave as a gift and she loves it. Now her sister wants one too. If you love cream in your coffee this is for you or the coffee lover in your life.
