Easy to use and charge lasts ages
Excellent. My son is in hospital, can't shave himself. I managed to shave him successfully.

Item missing from the box.
The razor is very good, attachments also very good although the comb was missing from the contents. Fortunately I do own a comb so not a problem but it should have been there.

I like the steel body. Great buy
If I can give this 10 star I would. It's super light, and super quiet, it's super easy to change the other attachments. This clipper is multi functional and the value for money is great and battery life is good and lasts ages and it feels very ergonomic and comfortable in the hand

Absolutely terrible quality
Absolutely terribleI can feel it plucking out my hair rather than trimming its painful. They won't let me return it so stuck with it. They sent me two so now stuck with two of them!

Difficult to return if in Ireland
Nothing appears to be wrong with the product but I have not used it. I thought it had a good shaver as part of it, which it didn't. Was accepted for return, but as it must be returned at your cost to the UK, cannot send anything with a battery form Irleand with the Post Office. As I said though, product appears to be ok as a trimmer etc
