Using it for first time , but hopefully good so far ..Because easy and can be used for multiple needs

The only issues sometimes is that the egg gets cracked but the overall boiling results is ideal. It trips ones the water is evaporated so that's a plus.

It works fine but everything in Chinese
The product is working fine but the manual and the readings on the product are in Chinese. The buyer should be well aware of the fact that it is being sold in UAE, the instruction manual and reading on the product should be in English.
