Like the build quality and looks and RGB also looks cool but most important part 7.1 Dolby option my headset not detected as I already attach screen shot ..so logically it's become a simple headphone with very costly and what I have got is only looks ..comfort and RGB ..crap

Excellent headphone. Noise cancellation is satisfying and fit is great. It has volume adjust and mic on/off button. Superb sound quality and sufficient bass for gaming. Its quite enough for movies too. The surround sound is best feature. It is best experienced while gaming.

Great product. Totally worth the money. Love the 7.1 surround sound and the quality is really good. Recieved the package in the best condition. The RGB lights are really cool as well.I would suggest buying this product as it is one of the best over-ear headphone at such an affordable price to provide great quality and build.

Sound is good, people say they hear me better with this instead of the laptop mic, worth for the money, however it seems little heavy and tight to ear, I hope elasticity will improve over the period of use, the head holder could have been little longer. I am not sure what is the benefit LED lights in the ear holder. 2 years extended warranty with registration of the product is good.

The Mic stopped working after a month of usage. It was used with care but the Mic is gone. Head set is working fine.Tried looking at the warranty at the website. There are no India contacts or stores. I registered a warranty claim and it said registered. But have not got any mail confirmation or any other acknowledgement.Better buy some brand which has a India some India sales presence so that warranty claim can be made in case any thing goes wrong.

Previous review(11/3/20): Product working. But got a used product. Not satisfactory. Seal already broken and taped over. Seems like it was already pretty used since the product was dirty and had scatches. Also didn't had any manuals.If it was an sealed brand new piece Iwould have been happy. Kind of disappointed.Edit(15/3/20): Bought the grey one in lightning deal. Even though there were no seal in the package, the product seems to be intact and was still in packing. Working fine now, registered warranty. Will update after few weeks.

For a headphone of 2999, which normally retails for less than INR 2k, I chose to try on these headphones from the reviews. The headphones i got were clearly used, and i believe also rejected and returned. And hence I am doing so too.For the price, I expect immaculate sound quality, which does not do justice at all. Believe me, I would have returned these headphones if i found them for 1.5k.Lots of cling wrap all around the box and the packaging.. overcompensation.I just want my money back. Disappointed deeply.

Sound quality is superb.I started using for official meeting, Working well.I suggest to use Gaming as wells as official/hear music etc. As this head phone is coming with thick memory foam cushion pads, big & soft earmuff, I dont feel heavy and managable. Due to sturdy design/cable, this will come for very long life for sure.

Zu aller erst steht in der Beschreibung, dass es 7.1 Surround Sound ist. Auf der Packung steht groß, Stereo. So klingt es auch. Dafür dann zu teuer. Und über das Mikro versteht man leider nichts. Auf der Homepage auch zu keine Treiber für die E1000 zu finden. Suche aber weiter. Lichter sind ganz hübsch und die Qualität ist auch ganz okay. Für 30 Euro in Ordnung, mehr aber auf keinen Fall. Verpackung war auch schon bei Ankunft kaputt. Keine Einstellungen außerhalb Windows möglich. Dadurch dass hier klar ein Stereo Headset als Surround verkauft wird, fast schon Betrug.

the headset was really great, and i certainly loved it because the sound quality was way better than my old one. I would say the only downsides are that the headset can hurt your ears if you use it too much before getting used to it and i really wish the cord was longer because i usually play on the tv with my switch, and when i sit on my couch to play, i have to use an extension cord.

This is a pretty decent headset for gaming. I only have 2 problems with it: Everyone around you can hear what you're listening to or playing, and the microphone is not the greatest quality. Other than that, I like the sound quality through the headphones and its relatively comfortable to wear for a long time.

The microphone didn't work at all. It looked like it was sent back before then just shipped to me. I tested it on 4 devices with the same mic issue. Refunded me money. Not wasting my time with scam type businesses.

Very easy plug and play setup, sound quality is very good and Mic quality is very good as well. I did notice that they became uncomfortable to wear after a couple of hours. I do have a big head though :P
