Puerto Rico was always one of my favorite games. We lost everything in a 2018 house fire. I didn't bother to replace most of my games, but I missed PR. I got this Deluxe edition, which comes with two expansions. It brings a new twist to an old game and it integrates very well. Value for dollar... can't beat this.

Puerto Rico es un clásico de los juegos de mesa, rankeado por mucho tiempo como el mejor juego de mesa moderno. Es muy sencillo de aprender a jugar y hay interacción entre los jugadores, ya que por turnos se elige un personaje y todos los jugadores hacen su acción (el que elige personaje obtiene un privilegio adicional), eso hace una gran estrategia ya que puedes sabotear a los otros jugadores. El único detalle es que a pesar de ser la versión deluxe sus materiales dejan mucho que desear debido a que el cartón es muy delgado.Lo recomiendo ampliamente si te gustan los juegos tipo euro con gran estrategia. No te gustará si buscas un juego vistoso o de materiales de calidad. El paquete llegó bien empacado y en la fecha indicada.

It is a very fun, strategic game! There are some reviews that give this game a bad star rating but it's because they think it's supposed to teach them about Puerto Rico. It's not a game about Puetrto Rico that teaches you about the history or something like that. Its just a game called Puerto Rico. I would recommend it to anyone.
