Love these little flan dishes
I thought I had bought dishes that were too small but these are just the right size for small flans/quiche. I can do the pastry cases and freeze them and you have a quick meal as and when you need it. If you balance the hot dish on an egg cup they come out beautifully!!. They are non stick (I do put some grease round dish as well), and wash well.
