Filling of water.
Product is awesome. But did not found any flannel to inject water. Bag already filled with gel and water when it was delivered. Do I need to fill water more?

There is option allowed for 0 star ..otherwise i will definately give 0 star..product is different ..also after plug in product doesn't work..worst product ..waste of money

Works perfectly fine, and the type of finish it has is very soft which allows us to directly place it over our body without any extra cloth over it. It comes with a grip we can attach it to our arm or leg without any additional support.

Not aut cut off. Water changing is very difficult in this. Beter go for dry electric heating pad
When you heat water its plug starts melting, and when its time to plug off , it hard to get out from pad swich, and plug damaged. Apart from this ,its to costly also.In cst manish market you will get this product at low cost. Near 120/150 rs.This pad is not auto cuto cut, water start boiling you need to keep and eye on it.Little risky while using it.
