Good, but read this if you're tall.
The Good:They work really well and seem to be well made. Much better than traditional crutches for long term use.The "need to knows":These are advertised to fit people up to 6'6" - I'm 6'4" and they are just a tiny bit small for me. Dont see them working well with anyone any taller. They are heavy. You have to keep an eye on the "set screw" that secures the handrests. It gets loose fairly easily. I added some loctite to mine. The fabric pads are just dumb. They feel like something someone in marketing made the product team add. They are easily removed however.Overall, happy with the purchase.

I’m 6’2”, 270 pounds and this supports me as well.Everyone always asked where do I get these crutches from because everyone really likes the look and feel. They are also very slim and compact if needed because every component is button snap together but still rigid.Worth the price you pay for And something you would keep forever.

Hmm
Not sold. Very heavy. Sort of clunky. Takes getting used to especially if non weight bearing.

Return Policy??
EDIT: They shipped me new ones and I've had them from November 20, 2017 - present May 22, 2018. They were great, I got many compliments on them and while they were heavy, your arms adjust to them. They were SO much more COMFORTABLE than the ones you get from the ER or something. And quiet too. No one can "hear you coming" down the hall -- like those uncomfortable ER ones. ... However, the right padded part-- just snapped off. Again. I am unaware why the right ones continues to snap the way it does. I am so disappointed, however, totally willing to purchase a new set (or just a right one) ... and see that it's unavailable. I guess I will be looking for new crutches. Such a bummer. What is the return policy? I purchased these crutches on September 11, 2017, it's November 20, 2017. Two months?! The padded part (where you put your armpit) COMPLETELY SNAPPED OFF... While I was using them! Which was frightening and for crutches that were amazing--so disappointing. They are seriously ---well, WERE seriously the best crutches I had ever used. Amazing, really. Help, how do I return these? I feel it HAS to be a fluke. I had to have gotten a defective pair-- because they seem so sturdy (I'm not heavy), and the little feet make you feel so secure as you hop. Please, help me? I don't have the means to buy a new pair every two months!! :(

I am non weight bearing for several months due to a leg lengthening surgery. The hospital sent me home with the cheapest crutches known to man, even knowing how long I'd be non weight bearing. So we bought these.Pros:They are not the ridiculous cheap, crappy crutches. These have shock absorbers! They have wide feet which grip easily.Cons:The cushions on the arms are kind of a joke. They have a mesh that just tears up your arms if you are earing short sleeves. I took them off and used towels. The handle grips are attached with a screw that loosens ALL THE TIME. I think this is the number one complaint people give about these falling apart. It has a turn knob for the screw. Just tighten it when you feel the handle loosening. Don't wait until it falls apart.Long story short, it has it problems, but it's SO much better than the cheap crutches provided by the hospital! And they have shock absorbers...

Amazing equipment
I have been on crutches numerous times for various injuries/surgeries. The uses of crutches is always very unpleasant and difficult. Most recently I tore my ACL. As before I began using the standard crutches that I had armed with all of the padding that I could find to be reasonable and practical. I ran across this product and decided to give it a try since I will once again be on crutches for an extended period. I have only had them for a few days but all I can say is that when compared to standard crutches they are truly amazing! They are quite and the effort to walk around is so much less than on the standard design. The normal pain that comes with walking on standard crutches is virtually eliminated. I purchased the carbon fiber design. The quality seems excellent and are very sturdy. All early indications is that they will be durable as well. I highly recommend and a very justifiable investment.
