Rock solid, easy to set up.
I've owned a lot of cheap wal-mart and harbor freight pop ups that go for about $100, and they all eventually break. This thing is absolutely worth the extra money. The tent fabric is thick and feels like good quality, the textured steel of the frame is surprisingly heavy duty. The sand bags work well, the adjuster hardware on the uprights are easy to use and feel durable. Only negative is the storage bag is cheap. Kind of a shame that what is otherwise a really quality product comes with crappy storage, especially because storage isn't an option with these, it's integral. Even so, beats other ones I've owned.

Solid pop up!
Great product for the price. Just used this pop up for the first time this past weekend at a camping trip. First thing I noticed is pop up is heavy, which is good because once it was out this thing was solid. The canopy was extremely heavy duty. The frames are a solid metal. We would get strong gusts of wind and it held up pretty good (when the stakes are properly placed.Wish I would of taken a picture; this is a really solid product highly recommend this pop up versus any other one out there.Setting it up was pretty easy by the way.

Good, but 2 of 4 had minor damage
This is an older design with a heavier powder coated steel frame and thicker canvas material top, all adding up to 50 lbs. While heavier than other products, to me that seems like a reasonable trade-off to get a stronger product. It can also be positioned at various heights, where the lowest setting easily allows 6' 2'" visitors to walk in with lots of head clearance. The powder coating has a roughened surface making the moving plastic parts easily slide along when opening. The metal tubes are held together with screws and thick plastic parts that look like they will resist damage with reasonably careful handling. That means using two people to open and close the frame and avoiding unnecessary force. Also, if a tube gets bent in a wind storm for example, you should be able to replace it with repair parts.Although it looks like you could fold up the frame and store it with the canvas in place, you will still have to release the Velcro straps in the middle of each side to collapse the frame, and the frame will pinch the canvas, so I did not feel comfortable leaving the canvas top in place. The canvas is tricky to fold up evenly because of the side panels around the edge, but once you get it close, you can fold it into a long strip that fits nicely into the side pocket of the storage bag, with a fold over of one end.For each canopy I purchased four 10-pound weights (concrete poured into a plastic form) that slip around the bottom of each leg to help hold the canopy down in the wind. I did not use the sand bags that come with each canopy. Once I have some real world experience with these weights, I will add to this post. Now on to the damage. Of the four canopies I purchased, 2 arrived with minor damage. One ha a dent and slight bend in one of the crossed tubes, and the other's strorage bag had a tear cut into it against on of the metal tubes. These things are heavy and really need better protection in shipping. In both cases damage to the carton corresponded to the damage to the canopy frame and storage bag. I have ordered some special tape to repair the tear in the storage bag, and the small dent and bend do not effect opening or closing. Trying to straighten the tube will likely cause more damage, so I am going to ignore this slight damage. All in all, these fold up canopies look well built, go up easily with two people, and look like they will hold up, all at a reasonable price. Just be warned, they are heavy. When combined with the four 10 lb leg weights I bought, you are talking 90 lbs.

THE BEST CUSTOMER EVER!!!!!!!
THIS COMPANY. Went above and beyond helping someone out! I bought this canopy, for my Granddaughter to use at her second art show. (which is of high Quality!) box had crushed corner. Bag ended up with very large tear. I asked that they please send a new bag. THEY SENT a complete new canopy system. At no charge to me. And also said it wasn’t necessary to return orginal one they sent. don’t hesitate to do business with this company. Canopy was excellent quality and work perfectly for her. I can’t thank them enough.

Zero customer response
We are mobile DJs and this tent (commercial grade) was purchased as a backup for us to protect our equipment in case there was inclement weather and we were not provided a tent by our customer (which, although we require, sometimes isn't supplied). We did a charity event and used the tent to cover our equipment from heat - because the event went later into the evening on a summer night, the tent was wet with dew, so we put it up to let it dry. An unexpected rain came the next day, and although the rain was not abnormally heavy nor long, the tent literally collapsed. We have had this tent since March and have only set it up maybe 4 or 5 times - it was basically brand new. Fortunately, we didn't have $10k worth of equipment under it to be destroyed, but the tent is now worthless. I reached out to the company first hoping for some sort of resolution and allowed the 48 hours Amazon suggested, but the company has not responded at all - not even to say they weren't interested in helping us out. I have bought lots of products in my years, from cheap to expensive - and sometimes products fail - I can live with that. But when they do, a company needs to respond and make it right - I can't live with a company that won't do that. So, here is your fair warning - maybe this will work great for you, but if it doesn't, don't expect the seller to do anything about it.

STRONG and wind resistent!
I got this for my 90 year old Dad so he could enjoy sitting outside on his deck and still be out of the sun. The main problem with Dad's deck is that it can get VERY windy. This is also, of course, an advantage when it's really hot and humid but we have had more than one pop up tent go flying off into the great beyond or just collapse into a heap. I set this up with the help of a neighbor in about 15 minutes and tied it to the deck railing at three corners. So far, so good. It's been rock solid despite some pretty hefty winds. Dad loves it! He's out there every day. The frame is MUCH stronger than other tents I've had in the past and the cover goes on easily and stays on tightly because it is so well fitted. Definitely very glad I got this. Best Father's Day gift I could have imagined

Great Tent, Excellent Value
I've only used this a couple of times so far but it seems sturdier than my previous tents I got at a similar price. I got this one because the weight of the fabric is heavier & hopefully more waterproof.

Great canopy!
Good canopy, easy to set up for markets. Sandbags and easy to fill and don’t spill. Would buy it again!

The rain puddles broke the tent
So it’s been 4 days we have been using the tent at a festival. You can see in the picture, there are puddles on the tent after a night rain. I really thought I did not set it up correctly. I tried to retied everything up tighter and pulled the tent top more downward. But still the second rain night resulted in the same. There is no helpful instructions there regarding this. And pretty vague overall to be honest. And because of the weight of the puddles, you can see the corner of it is breaking apart. I asked for help from some experienced people too, they could not fix it either. So what’s up with this? And just so you know, because of the weight of the puddles and the tent breaking, it’s been leaking rain all night long, to our stuff below, which is really frustrating.
