I am giving it a 5 star as I think it works well. When you get this, you want something which will not be too hard like the regular ones, as you want to use it in your gym shoes. For this purpose, I would say it does a great job.Only thing I would mention is completely holistically in terms of support, the blue superfeet is better - so for a regular non-gym shoe, I would still go for that. But, I wanted something less firm for gym and I think it is a decent value for money.

Unimpressive, very plastic and artificial. Not enough cushioning and very little arch for a “medium rated arch”. Sent them back.

I have used the Superfeet brand before and never had problem so I decided to try these ones for my work shoes. They have little holes, I'm guessing for ventilation, under the ball of my foot that I can feel as I am walking. It doesn't hurt, but definatly noticeable. I am only keeping them because I had to cut the end a bit to fit properly in my shoes, which I unusually have to d ok either. I would still buy the Superfeet brand, but not this item because of those holes.
