Working great so far for what I wanted them for - Cutting pig ears into strips
Yup I bought these to cut dried pig-ears dog treats that are the size of a man's hand into 1 inch strips. My 10-month-old pup will do anything I tell her by me saying "pig-ear", I do not even need to have one in my hand, & she jumps up & does what I tell her to do. "Get in the bath" , she'll leave the room & walks into the bathroom & hops right in the tub & doesn't try to leave until we finished washing her. "No bark & I'll give you a pig-ear", she'll not bark again until after she had her pig-ear treat, I use this when walking her at night in a town where everyone has a dog & walks their dogs after midnight ... I can not feed my 35 lbs, 10 month-old pup 6+ pig-ears in one day, she'd get sick, so I've got these snips to cut the ears into strips 1 inch long, & then in halves & thirds. Nothing else would cut a dried pig-ear with this ease, other than maybe a power tools, but I'd like to keep my fingers. By the way, she gets less than one treat per day, & starting to do what I ask her without needing to give her a treat as often, super smart mix breed, she is a phantom Aussie-doodle.I also do PC case modifications where I cut sheet aluminum & steel, mattering what the case is made of, zero problems, the blade tips didn't snap-off, & they're still sharp, & the grip is comfortable.

Came contaminated with a brown granular powder all over them
One could tell that the snips had never been used, but there was a heavy contamination with a granular brown powdery like substance all over them. Almost looked like real fine coffee grounds, but did not smell like coffee. I am not sure if it was some type of toxic pesticide, or some other highly toxic powder. This poses a real concern that product would be shipped by Amazon that is contaminate with who knows what topic agent all over the product. I took them outside and brushed them off real good with an old paint brush, then washed them down and dried them. I did not want to get the powder wet incase it would react with water. Then I washed my hands real good.

Get a full bite when cutting.
These worked well. I had to make sure I had them all the way open and getting a full cut in, otherwise I had a lot of metal type splinters. Once I got the hang of it, I cut two circles with them in 10" round ductwork.

Best out there for sheet metal
I use these for roofing! We do a lot of snap lock. They work great and with the angle , you won’t cut yourself.
