Good quality Leucine. Yes, it tastes like *#@&! BUT it is good for you and does help in the long run, plus powered in thr tub is a better deal. Almost all of these supplements taste nasty, which is why they are in pill form. So, if you don't like the taste either get the pill form or mix it in something with a stronger taste, like OJ or pineapple juice.
