This item is easy to put on and durable. It washes well and it was soft, couldn't tell that it was on the bed. This is my second buy because I love this product, and it fits perfect on my Twin XL mattress. Also isn't as noisy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a new mattress and want to keep it clean and keep out dust mites. Be aware that it takes two people to put this item on the mattress, but the result is that the mattress is completely enclosed.

I have a dust my allergy and I thought this worked really well I have cats and they like to use their claws when they jump off the bed and this thing has held up. I have not yet washed it I'm kind of scared too cuz I don't want the zipper to break in my washer and dryer cuz it's pretty rough. I don't think washing is absolutely necessary all the time anyways you can literally stand the mattress up and brush it off and that seems to do the trick for my dust mite allergy. This covered does stain easily but for me that's not an issue I just needed to protect my skin from Bugs. Because I'm so satisfied I will be purchasing a queen size one for my other matress. 5 out of 5 would recommend.
