stuff works and is all natural
Had the start of a cold/ flu, all the symptoms at work. Took 2 capsules and had immediate relief. Able to make it all day. I took 2 more before bedtime and able to sleep all night without any aching sinuses from the cold.All natural medicine, no side effects that I can tell thus far. Capsules are easy to take, this formula you can taste the garlic if you leave it on your tongue before washing it down with water.Capsules are about the same size of Tylenol cold capsule so really no difference in size, I like the fact it is a natural formula that neither puts you to sleep or keeps you awake after taking it like the " nighttime" or " daytime " cold meds.I like all of Dr Christophers products that I have tried thus far because they work.

No results after a week straight
I really love this brand of products but this one did not help me. When I get a cold it will linger forever with sore throat persisting etc.Been taking these for a week and have noticed no difference. I’ll keep trying.
