Russian Pelmeni Ravioli + Vareniki + Chebureki Maker by Form for the Russian pelmeni

I did have to buff off some metal flecks which took a little while but then after a solid scrub and wash these work perfectly. If I was purchasing them as a gift I would send them to myself to clean up first.

I LOVE this! I sprayed a little nonstick spray before I got going, and they popped out super easily. Just press really hard on your rolling pin to get the cuts. I wish I'd bought this sooner. I can use it on pierogis, pelmenis, ravioli, potstickers... Awesome.

Really great. Never made Pelmeni before. It turned out great and my family loved it. The mold was super easy to use.Must remember not to over fill next time.

Pentagon-shaped dumplings and octagon-shaped dumplings are such an insult to Russian culture. This Pelmenitsa makes them hexagon-shaped every time! Things taste better when they're hexagon-shaped, you know?

Was exited about this product but when I unpacked it. Was not happy with it. The pelmeni maker was scratched but okay. The Vareniki has sharp edges that needs to be sanded of. Really wanted to like it.

I've recently received this order. There were 3 elements: meat dumplings maker, pierogi maker, and chebureki maker. So, the chebureki maker was broken in the place where it closes. A bit disappointed

the quality of the metal is not good

Excellent product great quality

They really bad quality and dangerous . Sharp edges, awful smell of gas when I opened a plastic package. Very thin, they could easily break while rolling and pressing on it, because they have stems only on the edges, and aluminum alloy is very fragile. Also, I don't think the seller have a certification for this alloy, could it be used in a food processing, because smell was of something not safe at all. I tried to remove sharp edges and to clean it with special cleaning products, but still sharp, no way you could get rid of sharp edges by sanding. I tried, no success. Even though, if you decided use them just put a plastic in between the dough and the mold. But I do not recommend these aluminum molds. Bad quality. Would be better if I bought plastic ones. Mold for pierogis is a bit better, but for pelmenies is very bad. Plastic one I like the most,but I paid 40 Cad for nothing. The worst purchase.
