Q: Will this work with 2014 bmw 4 series (has screen and has bluetooth but for phone only) . do have both aux and usb port?

Works with well my Pixel 6 so I would imagine it also works with a Pixel 6 Pro.

Q: Does the voice announce, with a heavy accent, that the phone is connected?

There is an initial voice that acknowledges a connection that is grammatically correct. There is an accent, depending upon one's perspective. Upon getting back in your car and powering the port, the adapter picks up where you left off when your car stopped power to the USB port when you got out. I dont hear the verbal acknowledgement again during that trip no matter how many stops I make. Used in a 2008 E93 BMW.

Q: Does this work hands free for phone and will sterring wheel buttons work

Not sure if it works hands free for phone. My cars bluetooth worked for the phone but not for music. So I only use this to play music. But it works great for that.
