Its fun to ride and would be useful for anyone who needs to travel 3-6 miles to work, school, or shopping. It is not made for use in areas with a lot of steep hills or inclines. It works best on level or nearly level streets. I did a speed test and I fastest I could get the scooter to was 17 mph, but then I am 6'1" and 200lbs so take that into consideration.The only issues I had with this product was the instructions that came with it were only in German. I had to ask the seller to send me the English version and that took about a week to get sorted out. Also the digital speed readout on the scooter is only in kilometers per hour and cannot be changed to miles per hour. There is a QR code you can access from the instructions that will let you download an app to your smart phone which has some additional features like the ability to lock the scooter so no one can use the throttle, an odometer, and a readout of the speed in MPH.Overall, I liked this scooter and find it to be fun and useful.

Update 1: Works great with the Kugoo FD00 app! Everything functions as it should. I weigh 165 lbs and was able to get the scooter up to 21mph on flat asphalt with no wind, that comes with the caveat that the tires had to be aired above the recommended psi which makes the ride a bit more harsh. (Do at your own risk!)Update 2: Paralleled additional 12ah battery pack for a combined 19.5ah. The scooter has run like a champ. It now reaches 22-23mph though the added amperage has disabled the kick start. It has gone almost 30 miles without a recharge and still has ~40% battery lifr remaining. Very happy with this scooter.Review:This is a very well rounded scooter for the price. At under $300 this is a bargain once you factor in what is included: dual front and rear suspension, front E-ABS, rear disc brake, Bluetooth app enabled, front & rear lights, and a 350w front hub motor. It will be a challenge to find a scooter at this price point with all of the options that are included.I do say this with experience since I own 10 other electric scooters of various brands- from the entry $150 Hover 1 Dynamo, to -$300 Razor E-Prime Air, to the mid-range Mercane WWP CLE at $1,300. (I know I am not the only electric mobility enthusiast/addict out there.) This is by far the most comfortable scooter that I own. It is no where near the fastest nor the longest range but what it is, is the best scooter in terms of comfort and daily usability at a bargain price.The negative reviews that I read here- most of it seems to stem from user error, road hazrds or not being careful. To find directions in English or video of someone putting it together, search Kugoo M2 Pro on youtube which the SunL M2 Pro is a rebrand.The SunL/ Kugoo M2 Pro is extremely popular in Europe and known as a very reliable scooter. *I am not a paid endorser nor do I have any association with the seller.* I bought it because I had done extensive research before purchasing, it also helps that Amazon offered the Visa card with $100 gift card, a $20 holiday discount, and an additional Amazon 7% off, which brought the total cost down well below $200. If I were to ever buy another scooter, this would be it even at $299.I will add additional input as I make weekly 14+ mile trips up and down the beach. Will be taking this scooter out for my usual route and see how it compares. As of right now, around the neighborhood I can tell right away, this scooter does not have a harsh ride like some of the other ones I own. If comfort is of importance, you won't be riding more than 15 miles round trip, this should be on top of the list for a sub $400 range scooter. I say $400 because of the options it comes with.

Great scooters !! Very easy to assemble. I bought four of them and are very happy with them the reason I gave four stars is because the instructions did not have an English section. This wasn’t a problem with the assembly because there was nothing to that, just install the handle bars and put in two screws, and that’s it. The problem was I bought four of them and at first it looked like three out of the four did not work. The lights came on but they went nowhere. I scoured the internet trying to find out why. It wasn’t until I started messing around with the power button and found out pressing the power button when it’s already on once will turn the light on, pushing it twice puts it in different speed settings and pushing it three times locks and unlocks the throttle !! which is why the three of mine didn’t seem to work. As soon as I did that to them they worked great !!! Better communication is the only complaint I have. Otherwise, awesome product !!!!

I can’t get it to start , it took forever to get here the manual comes in German then I get it and it don’t start at all no lights nothing and I charged it for about 8 hours ok press the button for the light nothing I press the button for the scooter to start nothing!

Horrible...We got a beautiful scooter and instructions in german...we emailed them from their site, 2 different places on Amazon and NO response. We tried to put it together with just the pictures and German translate and it did not work...so disappointed...Then when we finally gave up and decided to return it, they made US pay for shipping. $80 IN SHIPPINGdisappointed 😞

Easy to assemble - 2 12 years old put it togetherI ordered 2 e scooters.one of them has blinking screen and not working.the other is working we went for a ride with it. 2 12 yrs old kids approved itI emailed customer service yesterday regarding the broken oneToday I got answer - I have to ship it back and the refund the money...We need 2 e scooter so I ordered today ..just now the same oneI have confidence in this brand...I update this as we go alongUpdate -- finally we got 2 working e scooterWe tried yesterday works after fully charged for 45 minutesWe had fun.i believe for the price I got a decent one but I am planning to buy off road e scooter w bigger motor capacity.I haven't send the broken one back but I am sure it will be priceyRegarding to assembly ...without english instruction it is easy...just careful when u connect the 2 wires at the handleGood luck!
