Scosche SUHCUPM-XCES0 Select Phone Mount for Car with Adjustable Gooseneck, Spring Loaded Cup Holder Base, Universal, Black

This is the second Scosche phone holder I've purchased. My windshield needed to be replaced or I'd still be using the last one as it held up so well. When I needed a new holder, I wanted to stay with this same brand based on its performance and quality. The adjustable width range is excellent, even with a bulky case on my phone, and it holds securely. I, also, appreciate the ability to angle or tilt the phone as needed then lock it back into place. Bumpy roads do not affect the lock like other brands I have tried. If required, I would buy this same holder again.

Maybe I was too rough, or maybe the plastic was not made to hold up. After using this for a month or so and moving the phone around in the holder, the ball that mounts to the back snapped off. Did some engineering and was able to re-use it without the ball. Maybe that should be a smooth metal piece instead of the thick plastic.

I gave it a 3-star rating because it looks nice, and the USB port is handy for charging. However, on some roads which are a "little" rough, it doesn't hold the phone securely. I always find the phone on the floor of my car. The sides holders push on the volume control of my Pixel phone.

Holds phone in place great. Might beed to adjust your phone so that the volume rocker doesnt get held by the grip. I have an iPhone mini

I had the old version of this model for 3 years and it was amazing. I lost one of the foam pads on it and the arm started to give out. After 3 years, I was fine with that. They changed the design and the new one sucks! I bought it April 22nd. The goose neck arm never bent correctly and was very loose. It didn't hold it's position in place. The previous version was very sturdy and never moved from position unless you moved it. The phone never sat correctly. The suction occasionally popped off the window on it's own. The previous version held and never moved. Today the back just broke off from of no where when I put my phone in the holder as I always do. Its absolutely useless on June 17th, so less than 2 months after I purchased it. I specifically went looking for the exact same model as my precious one because of how much I loved it. It was perfect for my needs. It is now to late for me to send this back to Amazon. This used to be a fantastic model. I was concerned when I got this new one to see the changes but assumed the company has made the changes for the better. I would have given the original model 5 stars. Now I have to look for a new one.

This is by far the best cellphone holder I've ever bought, owned and used. Can't beat the price while it works better than the expensive ones. The suction cup is pretty strong. It's very easy to place my phone in and out. If I decide to take it off completely, it won't leave any permanent damages or icky glue like other units. Best Bang for the buck!!!!

元は同社のiPhone用マウントを利用していたが、GALAXY S7 edge購入に伴いこちらを購入。フロントウインドウに取り付けているが、吸盤は強力で全く外れない。デザインも艶有とマットのツートンのブラックで、スポンジ部分も安っぽくなく優秀。下の支えも格納できるため、AUX端子の使用にあたっても便利。難点は強いてあげるならば、ホールドするアームが思った以上に内側に沿っているため、ディスプレイに若干被る。が、実用には影響しない。

Better quality

This unit features a badly engineered and flimsy moulded fit base-with only one locating lug which causes unit to vibrate and wobble-the all-in-one moulding-will not stay steady whilst vehicle moves! Positioning lug broke of easily in limited use-suggest try "coffee mug insert variety" a very satisfactory alternative-no vibration but with no charging port unfortunately.
