So I think I'm in a minority here as most of the comments seem to be by women improving their fertility or something.I'm a 30 year old man who has suffered from crushing bouts of anxiety and depression most of my life. No thanks in part to my Autism.However, I started taking 8 grams of Myo-Inositol each day (4 in the morning, 4 at night) and noticed a difference almost immediately. This stuff is a miracle for anxiety and depression. I've never felt more calm and confident. It's like I'm a whole new person after just a couple of weeks of using this.So if anybody out there who has been suffering the same issues as myself is reading this right now, give this stuff a go. My mood feels so smooth.

These pills aren't the easiest to swallow as they're quite big, but they definitely work! I'm not trying to get pregnant or anything, but I've been told I have a polycystic ovary and my periods had stopped. Within one month of taking these my periods started and became regular again, so I think they're really good.

I took these 2 years ago for around 2 - 3 months as I came off the pill. I wasn't trying to get pregnant but I do have PCOS. I tried it to try and regulate my periods. My period did infact arrive but I bled so much I had to have an ambulance called. I was dizzy and no energy for days from blood loss and had to take other tablets to stop the bleeding. Just go careful!

No taste and easy to swallow. Nothing like those pills that glue and don’t go down leaving a horrible after taste. I’ve been feeling better regarding my sweet tooth. It’s only been 3 weeks and look forward to see if my next period shows (trying to get pregnant 🤞), how long and the side effects. I suffer from terrible cramps and diarrhoea although I’m quite regular. Quite happy until now, let’s see the next few weeks 😺
