Knox Geletin has always been my go-to for making my homemade marshmallows at Christmas time. Going to try it in a few other recipes as well, has no flavor and no smell, thickens nicely

Yes I've had immediate results just researching to find out what I needed internally for my glycine "This is It" No creepy neck No problem doubling the recipe to make a quart sugar was not for me to add because this is about the creepy skin after losing weight I'm older and my late 60s very late and it's important to work internal then external I just added cherry Kool-Aid two packs Cherry has the less calories no sugar You follow the directions I just doubled it to make a court and I am so pleased I really am because I can see immediate results with my neck and face unbelievable Love it and I ordered a lot I'm on a mission for good health and to look great for myself
