complete rip off!
rip off. The soft ware did not work. Cool i cam customer support offered to sell me the correct working soft ware for special price- just for me " cause I very good loyal much customer" for a special low , low 1 time low , low 1 time only special good , good customer price! I had Amazon call me- they were very sorry. I asked why they did business with an obvious scam artist like coo i cam, but could not get an answer. I must be the 1st customer in history to have a bad experience with them.
