Great High-Protein Boost for My Cats
I bought this food to add some extra protein to my cats’ diet—mainly for their morning feeding routine—and so far it’s been working out really well! It’s a great option if you’re looking to support a leaner, high-protein diet without having to increase their activity level too much. Both of my cats seem to enjoy it, though my female cat seems a bit more enthusiastic about it than my male—could just be a personality thing. One small note: since it’s higher in protein, I’ve noticed their nails are growing a bit faster, so I’ve had to be more consistent with trimming them. Nothing bad, just something to be aware of!Overall, it’s a high-quality, well-balanced food that I feel good about feeding my cats. Definitely considering repurchasing.

My Cat Loves it, Buying a Bigger Bag Next Time!
I bought the small bag just to test it out and my cat ended up loving it! I really like that the ingredients are clean and don't include any byproducts, which gives me peace of mind about what I am feeding him. I mix this with a bit of wet food, and he eats every bite. Definitely planning to buy a bigger bag next time. Great quality dry food!

Great quality dry cat food
I love this dry food. My cat is SO picky on what she eats but she loves this stuff. It’s high in protein and from what I’ve read, is a very healthy option for kitties.

For Cats Who Think They're Lions in Disguise
The price is a little higher than regular kibble, but I think it’s worth it for the quality ingredients. If you’ve got a picky eater or a cat that’s more “lion” than “housecat,” this food might be the one that finally does the trick.

One of the Better Dry Cat Food Options
I advise anyone who has a cat to avoid only feeding their cat dry food. Dry cat food typically contains ingredients that are not ideal for cat nutrition and dry food dehydrates cats. Imagine eating only dry breakfast cereal for every meal every day.I personally and simply want a dry cat food supplement for my cat's primarily home-made wet food diet, and only for two reasons. The first is to supply my cat something to eat at night while I am sleeping. The second is to provide my cat with something that will help keep his teeth healthy and clean.I extensively searched for the right dry cat food option for my cat and I have discovered that the The Tiki Cat Born Carnivore High Protein product line is one of the best dry cat food options available to me. Amazon reviews, Cats.com, and video reviews of the brand all seem to agree that it is a good option. I researched ingredient quality and percentages as well and the results were satisfactory. I also think this product is fairly priced compared to other options with its price at less than 5 USD a pound. And being able to order it and have it shipped overnight to my address without another subscription or an intrusive delivery schedule is an added bonus. My cat eats this product when he is hungry enough, but he does not enjoy it otherwise considering I give him actual cooked and cat-appropriate meals each day. This product does not make him sick at least, but he will often meow at me for the food he wants when he is hungry and this is what is in his food bowl.I will likely never review a dry cat food above 4 stars and I think what most others have to say about this one is accurate. It is good for what it is and what it is, is dry cat food. But it is at least superior to the products at the Walmart, Sam's Club, PetCo, and PetSmart in town.

Good
My cat won't eat anything new. He's been stuck on 2 brands, dry and wet, one flavor each, since he was half a year old. He'd rather starve than eat anything different. He used to at least eat several flavors of each, but now he's down to just 2.He began throwing up his dry with increasing frequency - Blue Wilderness brand. I knew I would need to order new dry, since it is what keeps him happy between morning and evening wet servings. He grazes, and it keeps his stress low to have food available. I expected a long slog of slowly introducing new food as a blend with the old, which he would just eat around, as he has done before - or, go on a hunger strike, which he has also done.Instead, this brand was immediately accepted. He ate to the bottom of the bowl on the first serving. And ingredients-wise, it's as good or better than what he ate before. No more vomiting. Subjectively, he's had more energy and his mood is better. He's more social and initiates play more often. I'm very pleased with this brand - that it appealed immediately to my picky cat was a welcome surprise.

Full of flavor
My feline friend loves…it! I like that it offers more protein and isn’t processed as much some other brands. I love that it also is free of harmful products. It’s the perfect size for her little mouth. Soft and can last a long time depending on the bag size of choosing. I truly feel like she’s getting her proper nutrition.

Excellent but RICH
It’s rich so give in small amounts to a house cat or a small cat. My cat, a Norwegian Forest Cat lives mostly inside but loves to climb trees run after squirts jump over the fence to visit the neighbors! But it was too rich for her all at once I made that mistake! Excellent quality
