Q: Why has mine stopped grinding beans on auto brew? It did work fine until recently, now water goes through but doesn’t grind. Is grind off on?!

There is a channel in the maker that passes grinds from the grinder to the filter. Instructions say to clean it out from time to time; you might try that - some grinds may have gotten caked and are blocking new grinds’ passage. However, mine did the same thing, and I never was able to get it to work, despite repeated cleanings. Better luck to you!

Q: Is there a clear removable film over the digital control panel?

I thought it was at first but have since decided it is not removable.

Q: Why can’t I use this machine for flavored coffee?

This machine is either for ground or whole ban coffee (we use whole bean with the included grinder). It is not made for one time "container" type packets. I'm sure if you look Krups should have one for those type of flavored, one use containers for sale.
