I paid a lot of money for this gold chain. It was given to my husband as an anniversary present. The seller is unwilling to stand behind the product as it is over 30 days since I purchased the item. As it was a gift, I bought it a while ago and saved it to give to him. When he went to put it on, half of the loop broke off. The seller is unwilling to help me by fixing the product or replacing it. Would not suggest doing business - poor quality product and even worse customer service for an expensive item.
