Seventeen Official Lightstick ver2 Caratbong (incl. One Random Transparent Photocard)

Don’t be deceived by the 5 star ratings… obviously fake product. The box was damaged, the battery case was not even the right color, the clear dome is dusty and dirty, the lightstick is not very bright.Do not buy!

Will be returning asap! If i could give zero stars i would. Now we have to hope we can get a lightstick in time for the concertThe real Seventeen lightstick does not say anything on the bottom.Me and my cousin's lightsticks arrive for our Seventeen concert in August the number one red flag is that it came through the mail instead of Amazon (#1 red flag) with only tape as "packaging" and absolutely no protection whatsoever leaving the boxes to be damaged in multiple places (#2 red flag). They taped that actual box which left a very sticky residue of the tape and would not come off even when i cleaned it. Which upon opening the tape it smelled absolutely horrible- it was warm and smelled like sweat and mud. For some reason Stray Kids photo cards (wasnt even cut properly and was extremely flimsy) were in with a Seventeen lightstick (secondhand company doesn't even know their bands smh), the lightsticks themselves were extremely warm when first opening leaving me to wonder if they actually worked, Seventeen on the sticker was spelled Sevrnteen, and the wrist band broke not even within 10 minutes. Not to mention the dome and the holographic band under it had fingerprints and dirt INSIDE the plastic and was extremely dusty and dirty upon first opening it. The lightsticks didnt even connect to the app itself and the button felt like it was stuck. Absolutely horrible i cant believe people try to get money out of this- i would be embarrassed if i were them.

I had an issue with the item purchased for my daughter's birthday on arrival, it didn't work. So I reached out to the seller and they were very helpful with the replacement of the item. Honestly thank you my daughter is a big K-pop fan and this just made me one of the coolest Dad's ever.
