All that filler/junk makes me constipated. And it tastes awful.

I don't know if BCAAs actually work or not, but I do take them regularly. I'm a distance runner and cyclist who also regularly weight trains. So, doing everything I can to help my body recover is important to me. I've tried quite a few brands and I can't say that I really have a favorite.That being said, I do like and trust the EBOOST brand so I was excited to try their BCAAs. Watermelon is not my favorite flavor, but I gave these a shot. The taste is...not great. It's quite bitter and the product tends to "foam" when you mix it with water. I struggle through it every time I use it. I'm confused by the other reviews that said this tasted great. I've had lots of amino and recovery powders and to me this one borders on gross. I was excited for it to taste something like a watermelon jolly rancher but no such luck. I'm going to have a hard time having even one more of these. It just tasted... Unnatural is the best word I can use to describe it. Just kind of chalky and I didn't like the aftertaste either.It did dissolve pretty well in room temp water. I just added ice to make it cold after I was done mixing.Overall I disliked the taste a lot and it is quite expensive at close to $2 per serving.

No tingles, no jitters. I will say, it's a little too sweet for me so i'll do half the packet with water and then I can make them last longer. I always like everything this brand comes out with :)!

My wife and I do outdoor activities all summer, from running to hiking to boating. So we do make sure to drink proper fluids that help with recovery. So we were happy to try this one. First of all, it mixes well with water. Second, the taste is only so-so. The watermelon is sweet and we just don't care too much for stevia sweetener. But the drink does have some good recovery ingredients so that's a plus. However, I don't think there are electrolytes in this drink in case you're wondering.

Back before COVID, I used to take some BCAA in water with me to workouts. This product tastes better--it's watermelon flavor is almost good enough to enjoy as a dessert--with a vegan dose of amino acids. At $28 for 15 servings, it's almost $2 per serving, though, which is quite expensive. It's a good source of BCAA but not an inexpensive one.

The powder is as promised. While it’s hard to determine effectiveness, there are other aspects about this product to which I can positively comment:- Taste/smell: as other people mentioned, this smells exactly like a watermelon Jolly Rancher (it’s fairly sweet so stay away if you hate Jolly Ranchers).- Dissolving: I had no issue with the product dissolving quickly in a pint of water and did not notice any clumps or non-dissolved sediment.Overall, this product did not taste thick or chalky like similar products I’ve tried. While completely subjective, I definitely like the EBOOST for its taste and flavor.

My husband has been drinking this everyday he said he likes the flavor and the mix wasn’t clumpy that’s a plus for him. He would recommend this to anyone.
